The restaurant "The Cézembre" is the training restaurant of the hotel school of Dinard. It allows pupils and students to learn in a real situation and also allows them to share their passion with you. Menus change daily and have several proposals. We invite guests to a table to distribute their choice, helping our students room and kitchen achieve their full learning. The tables are 10 seats maximum. Each day, students prepare a choice of appetizer, a fish dish, a meat dish and a choice of desserts.Drinks are additional classic cocktails and creativity offered by our students the Complementary mention "Employee Bartender", the food and wine offered by our students in the Supplementary Statement "Sommelier" .We prefer the proximity of producers that we offer their quality products depending on the season. Similarly, engaged in the preservation of marine resources, we will offer the seafood which the resource is not in danger.
